We have been notified by Highways that they will be resurfacing the road in Queen’s Park between Greenkeepers Road (the Busgate) and Saunders Gardens.
Work is scheduled to take place between 19th July and 4th August, weekdays, during the hours 8am to 6pm.
As a result there will be no number 8 bus serving Great Denham between these hours.
Jim Weir, our Ward Councillor, has raised his concerns about the impact this will have on Great Denham residents and asked that diversions can be considered. However, at the time of publishing this we have no further info, and so residents should be prepared for some disruption.
