Resolution 1 – That Collett Hulance of 40 Kimbolton Road Bedford MK40 2NR is re-appointed as independent examiner.
Resolution 2 – That the Management Committee be authorised to set the level of the independent examiners’ fees. |

| 3.0 | Appointment of Charity Trustees
In accordance with the Constitution, one third of the Trustees are required to stand down with the posts available for election. Trustees required to stand down will be selected by a ballot – those trustees are then eligible for re-election.
3.1 Selection of trustees to stand down – ballot 3.2 Review of all expressions of interest received from residents to act as trustee 3.3 Election of trustees to fill vacant positions.
