New Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) for Dog Control come into effect from today for the following new locations in Great Denham:
MUGA – Queen Eleanor Drive
Play Hub – Queen Eleanor Drive
Play area to the north of the Country Park (Silver Park) -off Greenkeepers Road
Play area – Terrington Place
Play area – Ryder Close
These are in addition to the existing orders in place for the play areas on Saxon Way (opposite the Community Hall), Great Portway and Little Portway.
The PSPO is to exclude all dogs from these locations. Anyone in breach of these orders will be liable to pay a Fixed Penalty Notice of £75.
Signage will be posted at these locations in due course.
